Oversized/flowy blouses and shirts do absolutely nothing for my figure, but I’m having such a hard time finding anything fitted or even just not huge and billowy! I’ve had to resort to buying 2 sizes down but even in a size 6 they are way bigger than what I am after and I can’t find anything smaller than that.

I’m after nice light blouses more so than shirts (although shirts are fine too). I can’t wear high-necked anything which doesn’t help.

I’ve seen some nice ones on ASOS and Romwe but they still look quite oversized, and so I’d prefer to buy from an offline store to make sure the fit is good and the neckline is low enough too.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Does anyone have any suggestions as to where I can buy denim short shorts in a lighter blue WITHOUT the ripping and shredding? Been to David Jones and Myer and couldn’t find anything much there, everything seems to be going with the ‘grunge’ trend at the moment.

Hoping someone can help. I have brought a dress for a formal event that I love!. I am lacking in the boob department and feel it ruins the line slightly going braless. I really want some tips on some good brands of bras that are strapless, lifting but suitable for a low cut neckline… if such a thing exists. Here is the dress for refrence.

My man has a few social events coming up, and we are looking for inspiration on what he can wear. He is very much a t-shirt and jeans type of guy, but looking for something more dressy. He would usually wear a shirt and nice jeans, but does anyone have any other ideas? Or has anyone seen something at the shops that looks good?

I am looking to wear lots of floaty skirts with singlets tucked in this summer, but I always seem to have a little bit of pot belly!

Is there a brand that makes a thicker, stomach flattening style ( maybe like the thicker stretchy material a bodycon dress is made from)

While I wouldn’t call myself fat (larger size 10 at the moment) I am in no way a supermodel, and have a few plumpish ‘bits’ on my hips and thighs.

Mr.cake has said that I should treat myself to some nice underclothes, including some decent stockings/suspender sets, as I always wear pantihose (which on my short stature normally reach all the way up under my boobs!).

The point of updating my knickers is not to spice things up in the bedroom (which wouldnt be forum appropriate) but rather a step towards increasing my confidence a little.

Where should I start?? We really only have Myer/DJ’s here, both with terrible lighting in the change-rooms!
