I will be attending a wedding at the start of June and seeing as it will no doubt be chilly, I would like to opt for a sleeved dress rather than wearing a wrap.

What I have in mind is this dress CLICK which I absolutely lov e the print and colour of. As the shape makes it a little too casual for a wedding I would like to:

- reduce the sleeves to 3/4 length and possibly turn them into a bell style
- reduce the length of the dress so that it sits a few inches above knee
- slim down the sides so it is still floaty but more fitted

Do you think this would work or would it still be too casual? I’d love to hear your opinions as I’m a little wary of the amount of alterations that it may have to go through to achieve the end resukt.
